I have to admit, I’ve forgotten just how many cyclists I don’t like. And god, there are so many. Please go away, guys. And that means you: Ivan Basso, Armstrong, Hamilton, Landis, et al. I don’t like you and you ruin my fun.

Agreed. Very much agreed. My problem is that the web of doping seems to be spreading out once again. For just a bit it seemed like we were trending in a direction where it was possible to have a gut feeling about somebody being clean, and actually trust it. These days, it seems we’re headed back the other way. I don’t trust my instincts anymore, even with respect to riders I really like. Which of course makes it that much harder to ‘like’ them: to get fired up when they win, lose, whatever. It’s a damn shame, Wannabe Bike Girl.
